Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping methods
Intek-South uses UPS and Fed-Ex as our standard shipping methods.
U.S. Shipments
- Standard or Ground Shipping — This is least expensive of all shipping options. Delivers within 5-7 business days after shipping.
- 2 Day Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.
- Next Business Day — Delivers in 1 business day after shipping.
- Early A.M. Delivery — Delivers in 1 business day after shipping by 10 A.M. if available in your area.
- International Shipping — Usually delivers within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
Intek Corporation-South is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, or another circumstance once it leaves our facility.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight of the package, and insurance (if applies) and displayed before you complete your order on the Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the online Order Status. Multiple item orders can receive separate shipments with separate invoices and shipping costs for each item shipped.
Signature on Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, change of shipping address is not allowed. We will require a “Signature of Delivery” on all delivered orders.
Return / Refund Policy
Intek-South offers a 30 Day return policy, with full refund of the price of the item, less shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. A 35% re-stocking fee may apply. Please contact us with any problems, before returning.
Intek-South is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered. If unsure of parts needed, please contact us prior to ordering.
Warranty
Intek-South has a 90 Day warranty on all products sold. Warranties do not cover misuse, and/or neglect. Intek-South warrants all items that we sell for manufactured defects.
